Am Sonntag 19 August fand das Spiel der ersten Runde der Meisterschaft von Spanien zwischen Real Madrid und Getafe statt. Goal.com hat berichtet, dass das Spiel eine rekordniedrige Anzahl von Fans besucht hat.

Die Gesamtkapazität des Stadions «Santiago Bernabeu ” ist 85 454 Plätze, aber dieses mal war fast die Hälfte der Plätze leer – das Spiel besuchte nur 48 446 Zuschauer. Diese Zahl ist die niedrigste in der Geschichte des Royal Clubs in den letzten 10 Jahren. Das  ist wahrscheinlich mit dem Wechsel des Stürmers Cristiano Ronaldo in  Juventus  verbunden.

Solche Situation passierte leztes mal während eines  Spiels der Saison 2008/09, als Real Madrid mit 1:3 gegen Mallorca verlor.

Es wurde aber auch  bemerkt, dass solches Ergebnis auch die Zeit des Treffens  beeinflussen konnte — Das Spiel fand um 22:15 der lokalen Zeit statt. Real besiegte Getafe (2:0-Score).

Real Madrid son en düşük seyirci ortalamasını da Ronaldo öncesinde 2009’da Mallorca-Real Madrid (3:1) maçında 44 bin 270 ortalama yakalamıştı.

Karşılaşma yerel saat’le 22:15’te başladı. Real Madrid kendi sahasında Getafe’yi 2-0 mağlup etti.
